APS Commercial Energy Rebates — APS Solutions for Business Trade Ally
APS Solutions for Business is Arizona Public Service’s incentive program for business customers. It helps fund qualifying energy-efficiency upgrades, such as rooftop HVAC controls, lighting and motors, at commercial facilities that buy electricity from APS. The utility funds the incentive, you pay the net cost, and e2o Energy Group, a registered APS Solutions for Business Trade Ally, handles the inventory, calculations, application and installation.
In plain English
What APS incentives mean for your building
Arizona Public Service serves parts of the Phoenix metro area as well as communities across Arizona. Its business program, APS Solutions for Business, offers incentives for qualifying efficiency upgrades at commercial facilities.
If your building in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale or Peoria is on APS, those incentives can make an upgrade much easier to approve. We handle the equipment inventory, the savings calculations, the application and the follow-up, so your team does not have to learn the program from scratch.
Being a registered Trade Ally means e2o is enrolled with APS Solutions for Business to deliver projects for customers. It is not an endorsement or certification by APS. The utility still reviews each application, sets the incentive and verifies the work. What it does mean for you: a contractor who already knows the forms, the steps and the program contacts.

FAQ
APS rebate questions
- What is APS Solutions for Business?
- APS Solutions for Business is Arizona Public Service’s energy-efficiency program for business customers. It offers incentives for qualifying upgrades that reduce electricity use, such as HVAC controls, lighting and motors. APS sets the current measures, incentive levels and funding, which change over time, so we confirm eligibility for your facility first.
- Who qualifies for APS commercial rebates?
- Generally, non-residential customers who receive electric service from APS can apply, including schools, churches, offices, healthcare, retail and industrial facilities. Eligibility depends on your account, the equipment and the specific measure. We confirm your electric supplier and review your equipment before estimating any incentive.
- How do I know if my building is served by APS?
- Your electric bill shows whether APS supplies your meter. APS serves parts of the Phoenix metro area and many other Arizona communities, and its territory borders SRP’s in cities such as Phoenix, Scottsdale and Glendale. Share a recent bill or your address and we will confirm which program applies before any calculations.
- Does APS Solutions for Business fund rooftop HVAC controls?
- Rooftop HVAC controls are among the measures we evaluate first for APS customers, since packaged rooftop units are common in Arizona commercial buildings. Program measures change over time, so we confirm current eligibility for your specific equipment during the free inventory. We never assume a rebate until APS confirms it.
- How much of my project will APS pay for?
- It depends on the measure, your equipment and the program’s current incentive levels. Some projects are funded substantially by incentives while others receive a smaller share. We calculate the expected incentive using APS’s program rules and show it on your proposal before you commit.
- Is e2o approved to deliver APS Solutions for Business projects?
- Yes. e2o Energy Group is a registered Trade Ally with APS Solutions for Business. That means we can prepare and submit applications and coordinate with the program team for you. Registration is not an endorsement by APS, and the utility still reviews, approves and verifies every project before paying incentives.
- Do I have to pay the full cost upfront?
- You pay the net project cost shown on your proposal, which already reflects the expected incentive. How and when the rebate is applied depends on the program rules and your agreement. We reserve incentive funds with APS before installation, so you know the expected rebate before work begins, subject to final approval.
