Registered Trade Ally with SRP, APS and TEP

e2o Energy Group is a registered Trade Ally with SRP Business Solutions, APS Solutions for Business and TEP Commercial Energy Solutions. That means we can prepare and submit utility rebate applications for Arizona commercial facilities in Phoenix, Tucson and beyond, and manage the process from equipment inventory to incentive. Registration is not an endorsement by any utility.

What it means

What is a utility Trade Ally?

Arizona’s electric utilities run energy-efficiency programs that pay part of the cost of upgrades that save electricity. To help customers use those programs, each utility keeps a list of contractors who have registered to deliver projects. Those contractors are called Trade Allies.

For a facility manager, working with a Trade Ally removes most of the guesswork. You do not need to learn which measures qualify, how savings are calculated or what documentation the utility wants. The Trade Ally does that work and keeps the project moving.

Each utility still makes its own decisions. SRP, APS and TEP review every application, set incentive amounts, verify installed equipment and pay rebates according to their program rules. Our registration does not change that, and it is not a certification or endorsement.

Why it matters

Why Trade Ally status matters to you

  • A registered program contractor

We are enrolled with each utility’s business program, so we already know its rules, forms and review steps.

  • Rebate paperwork handled

We prepare the inventory, savings data and applications, and follow up with program staff until the incentive is resolved.

  • Incentive reserved before install

We secure the utility’s reservation before work starts, so you know the expected rebate before you spend.

FAQ

Trade Ally questions

What is a utility Trade Ally?
A utility Trade Ally is a contractor registered with a utility’s energy-efficiency program to help customers complete qualifying projects. Trade Allies know the program rules, prepare applications and work with program staff. In Arizona, SRP, APS and TEP each run their own business programs and maintain their own lists of registered contractors.
Does Trade Ally status mean the utility endorses e2o?
No. Registration as a Trade Ally is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee by SRP, APS or TEP. It means e2o Energy Group is enrolled to deliver projects in those programs. Each utility still reviews every application, sets incentive amounts and verifies installed measures before any rebate is paid.
How do I know which utility serves my building?
Your electric bill shows which utility supplies your meter. In the Phoenix metro area, SRP and APS territories sit side by side, so two buildings in the same city can be on different utilities. Tucson facilities are generally served by TEP. Send us a recent bill and we will confirm the right program.
Does using a Trade Ally cost me more?
Our evaluation is free, and your proposal shows the full project cost, the expected utility incentive and your net cost before you decide. You only move forward if the numbers work for you. Registration with the utility programs does not add a separate fee to your project.
Can one contractor handle multiple utilities?
Yes. e2o Energy Group is registered with SRP, APS and TEP, so organizations with buildings in more than one territory can work with a single team. That is common for school networks, churches with several campuses and multi-site businesses that span the Phoenix metro area and Tucson.
