SRP Commercial Energy Rebates — SRP Business Solutions Trade Ally
SRP Business Solutions is Salt River Project’s incentive program for business customers. It helps fund qualifying energy-efficiency upgrades, such as rooftop HVAC controls, lighting and motors, at commercial facilities that buy electricity from SRP. The utility funds the incentive, you pay the net cost, and e2o Energy Group, a registered SRP Business Solutions Trade Ally, handles the inventory, calculations, application and installation.
In plain English
What SRP incentives mean for your building
Salt River Project supplies electricity to much of the Phoenix metro area, including many East Valley cities. Its business program, SRP Business Solutions, offers incentives that lower the cost of qualifying efficiency upgrades for commercial customers.
For a facility manager in Mesa, Tempe, Chandler or Phoenix, the hard part is rarely deciding that an upgrade makes sense. It is knowing which measures qualify, filling in the paperwork correctly and getting funds reserved before the budget runs out. That is the work we do.
Being a registered Trade Ally means e2o is enrolled with SRP Business Solutions to deliver projects for customers. It is not an endorsement or certification by SRP. The utility still reviews each application, sets the incentive and verifies the work. What it does mean for you: a contractor who already knows the forms, the steps and the program contacts.
Typical measures
What SRP Business Solutions typically funds
These are measure types that business efficiency programs commonly support. Current eligibility, incentive levels and funding are set by SRP and change over time; we confirm what applies to your equipment before quoting any number.
Rooftop unit controls (ARC)
Variable frequency drives, economizers and an energy management system added to existing packaged rooftop units.
Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Motor speed control for supply fans, pumps and other loads that do not need to run at full speed all day.
Economizers
Use cooler outside air when conditions allow, so compressors run less.
Energy management systems (EMS)
Automatic schedules, setbacks and economizer control across your HVAC equipment.
Lighting
Efficient fixtures and lighting controls for interior and exterior spaces.
Chillers
Higher-efficiency chillers and chiller plant controls for larger buildings.
Motors
Premium-efficiency motors for continuously running equipment.

FAQ
SRP rebate questions
- What is SRP Business Solutions?
- SRP Business Solutions is Salt River Project’s energy-efficiency program for business customers. It offers incentives for qualifying upgrades that reduce electricity use, such as HVAC controls, lighting and motors. SRP sets the current measures, incentive levels and funding, which change over time, so we confirm eligibility for your facility first.
- Who qualifies for SRP commercial rebates?
- Generally, non-residential customers who receive electric service from SRP can apply, including schools, churches, offices, healthcare, retail and industrial facilities. Eligibility depends on your account, the equipment and the specific measure. We confirm your electric supplier and review your equipment before estimating any incentive.
- How do I know if my building is served by SRP?
- Check your electric bill, which names the utility that supplies your meter. In the Phoenix area, SRP and APS territories sit side by side, so a building in Mesa, Tempe or Chandler could be served by either. Send us a recent bill or your address and we will confirm the right program first.
- Does SRP Business Solutions fund rooftop HVAC controls?
- Rooftop HVAC controls are one of the measure types we evaluate first for SRP customers, because many Phoenix-area buildings rely on packaged rooftop units. Program measures and incentive levels change, so we confirm current eligibility for your specific units during the free inventory before presenting any numbers.
- How much of my project will SRP pay for?
- It depends on the measure, your equipment and the program’s current incentive levels. Some projects are funded substantially by incentives while others receive a smaller share. We calculate the expected incentive using SRP’s program rules and show it on your proposal before you commit.
- Is e2o approved to deliver SRP Business Solutions projects?
- Yes. e2o Energy Group is a registered Trade Ally with SRP Business Solutions. That means we can prepare and submit applications and coordinate with the program team for you. Registration is not an endorsement by SRP, and the utility still reviews, approves and verifies every project before paying incentives.
- Do I have to pay the full cost upfront?
- You pay the net project cost shown on your proposal, which already reflects the expected incentive. How and when the rebate is applied depends on the program rules and your agreement. We reserve incentive funds with SRP before installation, so you know the expected rebate before work begins, subject to final approval.
